This item arrived well packaged and as advertised. I've noticed that some reviewers have complained about the lack of a pump, but I haven't had such an issue. I bought this makeup remover and have been using it for about 2 weeks. I have oily skin and although I was well past my teenage years I was concerned that it might lead to clogged pores and pimples but I haven't experienced it. I used to use petroleum jelly to remove waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Vaseline didn't remove makeup right away and I had to rub it in and leave it on for a while as mascara can sometimes clump and get hard (which we don't do for beauty reasons). When I received this I had high hopes that it would make my makeup removal easier and it did not disappoint. This oil has the consistency of water but when applied to the skin it becomes apparent that it is oily as it clings to the skin and leaves a shine. I simply applied a small amount to a cotton swab and after wiping my eyes with it, it removed all of the mascara and eyeliner without rubbing hard or waiting. It was so quick and easy to use that I also use it to remove my foundation and then with my facial cleanser to remove the oil. It seems to hydrate and soften my skin, so I applied it to my body while still wet after my shower. I really like the result as it leaves a glow on my skin without feeling greasy in the slightest. I have also ordered Radha's Lavender Essential Oil to go with them and am very pleased with the quality and value of their products. I will continue to buy this and am interested in exploring their other products like their serum with vitamin C. I have a new BFF Radha!
