I ordered this item because my wonderful old commercial style electronic hole punch is finally out of service. I paid about $60 for the first one and it probably lasted 15+ years. The current price for an exact replacement is over $120, which was too expensive. So I went with this smaller swingline based on the reviews, but when I got it I just thought the quality wasn't worth the $46 I paid. It worked well, but I also didn't like the sideways document input and overall I just didn't find it stable. I admit I may have mourned my initial loss but after thinking about it I just felt like it wasn't worth the price I paid so I'm returning it. Ultimately I settled on the very functional ez manual hole punch, which was a lot cheaper and I never had to worry about breaking it.
