Review on MAXLINER Floor Mats for 2017-2018 Chrysler Pacifica 7 or 8 Passenger Model (No Hybrid Models) - Enhanced Black 2nd and 3rd Row Liner by Joe Meyer

Purchased for Chrysler Pacifica 2018. I am very impressed with the fit of this product - they have accounted for every little camber and contour. When I first took this out of the box I was a little disappointed to find it all flimsy and folded, thinking the folds would have protrusions and be difficult to smooth out. I was expecting something more durable after putting on the Husky front liners which are very thick and durable. But really, it's subtle about manipulating it into position, and when in place it looks and feels solid enough and stretches well. It wasn't the easiest of installs and there aren't any instructions, but it's fairly intuitive and the rug can be folded and rotated as needed to get there. This is a large segmented piece. It should be noted that once installed, you will NOT be able to access Pacifica's stack and move functionality. The carpet is too big and, once laid, cannot be straightened up without effort. However, I took a razor and cut the center of the carpet over the seam of the storage and exit hatch (from the end of the first row center console to the back of the second row seat cushion). This allowed me to flip the mat in front of both seats and access the storage and drive functions without too much difficulty. This creates a seam that allows liquid to seep in in the event of a spill, but that's a risk you have to take. Also, the design already has a few seams and gaps (where it fits around the seats) where leaks can get underneath, so the design isn't perfect anyway. Be aware that this method will void any warranty or prevent you from returning it, so make sure you like it before trying it. The cut is not visible. I probably would have given that 5 stars if the manufacturer had considered the 'get out and go' feature from the start. It wouldn't be difficult to build this into a product and it seems obvious to me. But it fits great, is reasonably priced, and appears to be constructed well enough to keep the carpet underneath clean and protected for a long time.
