The list of things I like about it is too long. It came exactly like in the picture. I love the insulated front pocket and especially the bassinet. I didn't think there would be much room in the diaper bag but I was wrong. It offers about the same space as a regular backpack, which is plenty for a diaper bag. My only complaint has to do with the plastic sticks that attach to the sides of the tote to hold it in place; It's a nightmare to hit the slots at first and it takes a lot of fighting. I did that and it works great.
