Requires modification for 2019 Peterbilt 389
Nice but will not fit 2019 Peterbilt 389 without tongue removal and some other horn mods. Luckily our mechanic is great and had a different hub in the middle so we didn't lose the "town horn". I was hoping to install this myself, but with all the tweaks that needed to be made to make it work I had to turn to the pros.
