The straps themselves are fine. Closing mechanisms are also ok
The straps themselves are ok. The locking mechanisms are ok too, just a bit pricey for what you get. The previous DaKine straps I've bought were of much better quality and had padding around the buckle area, but these don't have that so you have to be extra careful with placement. If I had known that, I would have chosen the cheaper option.
