I've ordered both the slim sporty and heat resistant and ordered the larger in slim. I weigh 160 pounds and 5 feet 10 inches. Fits perfect for me best, described as grippy but not tight, order XL in thermal, again not a tight compression fit and again skin tight which is what I was hoping for, I now wear both types and am very happy with what I have found Some of the shirts of this type from other manufacturers - sizing charts are confusing at best and some are just plain wrong, but Devops is at the top. What devops can improve now is buying their products. You have to buy colors in a predefined selection and I would order more but I don't need another black which seems to include all or most of their packs with black plus one or two other colors depending on you bathe 2 or 3 packs
