When compared to the iPad mini 2, which I used for three years, the screen on the iPad mini 3 is superior. It is richer and brighter, with the exception of the oleophobic coating, which is inferior (I suspect that it is not there because it rubbed on a T-shirt by 5, which suggests that it is definitely still there). When compared side by side with the pro versions, the pro screen, of course, comes out well behind. The reason for this is due to the design of the screen used in the pro version of the ogs type, which does not include an air layer between the protective glass and the matrix. It appears to me that you need to be really honest with yourself and address the following question: Does at least a twofold difference in cost seem justified to you? If not, then we share responsibility for it, which includes making the decision.
