Great idea but my cat is an older cat and she peed on her and that was the end! I washed it 8 times but once the urine smell got into the plastic I couldn't get rid of the smell! I used different urine enzymes! In my situation it didn't work. After several washes, I sprayed the afterwash with full enzymes and let it air dry for a week. It didn't help! 😩 The plastic soaked up the urine order and we can't get it out, so we threw it away! Our cat is old she's 19 so we just bought disposable puppy pads and it seems to be helping and we have no way of dealing with it! The place smells clean and tidy!
