Review on 🔥 Stiebel Eltron CKT 15E 120-Volt 1500-Watt Wall Mounted Electric Fan Heater with 60 Min Boost Timer: Efficient Warmth at the Touch of a Button by Christopher Cheek

We've finally redesigned the upstairs bathroom in our 100+ year old Victorian home. The heating in this room was never very good and the previous owner installed a wall mounted mesh surface electric heater that warmed to the touch and it took 20 minutes to heat an 8x12 room. They looked terrible, were safe to the touch, and quickly warmed the room in the dead of winter. I discovered this model a year ago and I am very happy with it for several reasons. First, it quickly warms up the room, within a few seconds the cold leaves, and in a few minutes the room becomes comfortable. Secondly, the front panel is safe to touch, so I'm not worried about hurting a child or anyone else. Third, I haven't been able to find a heater that matches the style of our Art Nouveau renovation, but this one doesn't seem to clash much. It doesn't collide and the curve shape looks very neutral, which is much better than the old chrome monster. The heater control is very simple, turn it up or down. There is no specific temperature label. However, the timer control is poor in that it's easy to turn it on too far and there's no way to turn it back off. It seems like I go to 10 or 20 minutes every time I use it, even when I wanted a little less. Since there's no way to turn it back to say 5 if you accidentally set it to 20, this borders on uselessness. The only time I use it is by accident. If I could reset the timer I would give it five stars, heck if there was no timer I would give it five stars. But in my experience the timer is always a problem as I can never set it accurately or turn it off when plans change. Otherwise I love this heater. If I ever install another one I'll probably see if I can remove or disable the timer.
