I bought these two years ago and instead of using them as outdoor lights, I used them as indoor lights. I have had them for two years now and they are STILL as bright today as they were when I purchased them. When anyone enters a dark room, the motion detection automatically makes the light turn on. And no, the cat does not make the light come on. Literally requires a body. If you notice the detector is slanted up, hence looking for something that’s bigger than 2 feet tall. These lights are positively amazing! People are surprised and often ask what they are and I tell them what a great product it is, how well I’ve been able to use them in different rooms without needing an Alexa to say "Alexa turn the lights on ". As summer approaches, lighting for outdoors has come to my thoughts. My plan is to buy 2 additional boxes, a total of eight, to utilize outdoors and on our travel trailer outdoors instead of some expensive motion detector light that’s twice the money and needs special wiring. And here’s hoping they last another 2 years or more!
