The best thing about this product is that it has all features which are required for tour management in one place, so there's no need to go around looking up things or searching through different tabs etc..
It also syncs with Google Calendar very well! There isn't anything I dislike really as far as functionality goes but if anyone was thinking they might want more than just basic functions then maybe consider going down some trial versions first? We use Globetrack mainly because we don't have any employees who can manage our own tours ourselves (we're small) - everything from booking flights/tickets to invoicing customers comes straight into globetrack via an API connection using their dashboard system.
