Needed the alarm guts and this worked great.
Worked fine for my 2005 Lexus RX330. My original shell broke and the alarm guys fell out. Purchased this key and used the back case and the keyfob guts in my original key. Found a YouTube video to reprogram the buttons to my car in about 5 minutes.
