Easy installation on my Xbox One S that had hard drive problems. I only had 2 issues with the product. First, the small screwdrivers provided were too small for the screws, so they ended up snapping off. Instead, I had to look for another tool. The other problem is that the offline system update USB flash drive didn't work. Again, I had to find another USB drive that I had previously used with the downloaded software. So the hard drive itself seems to be working fine, but the extra stuff was pretty much useless.
