My husband and I have had dogs all our lives, we both trained and showed German Shepherds in our younger years. We have been working with dog rescue groups for over 30 years. Last year we rescued a 2 year old 80lb German Shepherd to keep as our own. She has a stubborn streak like we've never seen before. We tried everything we could think of including a spiked collar which we didn't want. use, but it didn't help with their problems. A friend suggested a stun collar and I did some research online and decided to try your product. I ordered it on 12/14/2019 and received it on 12/15/2019. After reading the instructions and putting the collar on my dog correctly and adjusting the static setting, we used it at home with vibration and getting used to our commands. Once outside in the fenced area we continue the commands and the vibration, if she is outside the fence and she doesn't do what she was told we use the vibration, she still hasn't obeyed the command. I use shock it got her attention after only being shocked once as long as she has the collar on she is worth her weight in gold just with this collar for a week we are definitely impressed and don't even have to turn it on again is on her, she doesn't know if it's a great product, thanks
