He impressed us with how well he works.

Our wooden floors are over 100 years old. As you would expect, there are scuffs and stains everywhere. It didn't bother me much before, but over the past year it's gotten a lot worse - to the point where it was scratching and injuring our dog's paw. It was a turning point for us. We thought about doing it again, but unfortunately we don't have the means to do it now. So we did the next best thing, and that is using a floor sanitizer. This is the first time we're dealing with a project like this, but I have to say it's easier than I imagined. I followed the instructions and got great results. It didn't solve all the problems as the shards are still there, but it definitely made our floors prettier. It's much brighter now than before. Scratches are also less visible. Using a floor renovator: We started by cleaning the floors thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner. We then used our flat mop to remove dirt and dust. Finally, we opened a bottle of restorer and applied it to the hard wood. It dried quickly and we were able to apply a second coat in 30 minutes. We considered adding a third layer, but it looked good enough with two, so we went for it. The smell isn't very strong but luckily it's gone after an hour. The next step is to see how long the two coats last. I've read in some reviews that it's generally durable so fingers crossed I don't have to repeat it for a while. I'll update my review if I need to redo it so you all know how long this has been going on. As it is... But for now I am happy with the product and would give it a full 5/5!
