I figured it out myself just because I have little experience with this USB to video technology. I have 2 monitors with Trigger Graphics (USB to VGA) technology. Eventually I decided to uninstall my trigger program and this cheap product started displaying videos. So far it hasn't shown up at all. The problem is that the now running video keeps turning on and off. So I uninstall everything, reinstall this software so the trigger software doesn't load anywhere. Same result, the video appeared but it kept blinking and off. When I left, I recognized the monitor by the screen resolution. Windows doesn't recognize it. Game over for me! I've been working with this software for over 8 hours, it's very simple and there is no error checking. So he can't tell you what's going on, you have to guess what's going on. Also, there is no support information about it. Talks about an email address but it wasn't listed in the very limited documentation. The end result is that it's too cheap a purchase to spend more time on. My HDMI monitor works fine from USB to VGA. I was hoping to switch to HDMI, the price was right. Glad I found out where my USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports are. I have a total of 10 usb ports on my desktop, 5 are busy and they are messed up.
