I bought this for my new Golden Retriever puppy who will be arriving in a week. I have owned this wonderful breed for over 25 years, but the older I get the less agile I become at hunting them. I bought this pen to keep in a great safe place and I couldn't be happier. I got a great deal on Revain Warehouse and compared to a similar product I picked up in the car it is significantly heavier and better made. I don't expect to need it for a few months but this product was a lifesaver for my last pup and I'm sure I will need it again. My house is "open" and just not suitable for a puppy. It takes a bit of practice to fold it properly, but if you follow the instructions and snap the two opposite "middle" pieces together and then form a "Z", it fits back into a great tote bag. The lighter, cheaper brand I bought for the car (for use outside of the home) folds into a small circle with considerable effort and fits in a small carry bag, but it won't be as strong (and shouldn't be in be near). in two times cheaper and it won't be nearly the same usage). Both suit my different purposes. Thanks Petmate! I am very impressed!
