Review on 🏠 Simba 195220 4 Bedroom Dollhouse by Jeffrey Connel

Whatever you say about Barbie figures and toys from other manufacturers, our little girl loves everything from the Steffi toy line. We have already bought her Steffi with the twins, a bike touring set with her daughter Evi, a grocery store set. But this dollhouse was the icing on the cake. Our daughter was very happy when she saw the box. And she was even more delighted when we put the sets together. All this took about half an hour. But I'll tell you right away. This dollhouse is huge. The figures you see in the product photos are approximately the same size as your regular Barbie doll. So if you just look at the product photos, you might not realize how big the real house is. It's massive. Which we all really enjoyed, to be honest. It's handy that it can be folded up when you're done (we keep extra pieces in a zipped bag for when our daughter puts away her toys in the evening). It doesn't take up much space when stored. The level of detail is truly amazing. The house itself looks cool. But my wife and I were very impressed with all the little accessories that come with it. Even tiny toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes for the bathroom. It takes a bit of time to gently pull the plastic accessories out of the main net they're attached to (just like the GI Joe toy set pieces that came in earlier). It took me the same amount of time moving the plastic pieces back and forth (or rotating them) to separate everything as it took to assemble at home. So if your child isn't particularly patient, you can set everything up before they see it. NOW WHAT THEY DON'T TELL THEM Dolls are not included. The product page here on Revain has photos of the dollhouse with Steffi, her husband, their daughter Evi and even one of the twins. But nowhere on this product page does the manufacturer even mention that the dolls are not included. This is mentioned on the box itself and if you browse the product photos you might see it says it in the box picture. THANK YOU, our daughter already has two Steffi dolls, one Evi doll and twins. Otherwise, she'd be upset when she saw all the pictures of the dolls on the outside of the box, only to find out none of them actually come with the dollhouse. So that's a star deduction in the rating. I can only hope that this was an oversight by the toy manufacturer, a real accident. And it's not like they're intentionally leading customers to believe the dolls are included. If Simba toys have better mention on this product page that the dolls are not included I will upgrade my rating to five stars. So let's see what comes of it. Although the dolls were not included I'm really glad we got this dollhouse. It's surprisingly big, looks good, lots of cute little accessories. And it costs you half the price of a Barbie dollhouse of the same size. Doll issues aside, I would definitely recommend this.
