I definitely recommend buying, I didnt notice any disadvantages.
Bought to cool intel core i7 13700F. In games, it keeps the temperature at 60-70 degrees. In stress tests, when the power consumption of the processor is more than 200 watts, throttling begins. I limited the powerlimit to 180 watts, it does not heat up above 80 degrees, it does not affect performance.
