A cheaper alternative to PWM fans, they move enough air to cool my rig. I use them to pull air through the heatsink of a water-cooled CPU, as well as to pull air in and out of the case. They're pretty quiet and move enough air to keep my system quiet at around 30 degrees Celsius. When I'm activating my system, the GPU ambient temperature raises the internal sensors to around 42 degrees Celsius, but these fans don't let that get any higher. enough air for my CPU heatsink to vent hot air, which in turn keeps my CPU at 25 degrees Celsius when idle and below 40 degrees Celsius when it's being pushed or overclocked. The remote control does not require a direct line of sight to the receiver, so it can be installed behind the MB (in the cable management area of the chassis) without hesitation, and the response time when changing modes is quite acceptable. There are many different combos/modes but I find cycling between them isn't terrible and I can always find one I like for that day/time. I have currently purchased 6 packs and 3 packs and have a second computer that will also be using them in the near future.
