I had no problems with other owners. For the moment (about 2 months of use) it works fine. I like the temperature sensor and the ability to turn it on and off with a switch. I liked it so much that I bought it for my mother for Christmas. It is better to perform well, because no one wants to disappoint their mother. The only recommendation I would like to make is that the contents do not really heat up - even when the device is on for 30 minutes, it reaches 130-140 degrees. That's hot enough for me, but I know people who won't be happy with it unless it gets to 170 and up.
