We just started running and I didn't know which shoe would be the best but it didn't cost much. That was excellent! Light, roomy, you don't even feel like you're wearing them. Great setback. I have plantar fasciitis in a heel as well as a former Achilles tendon problem and they don't bother me at all when I'm wearing shoes.
