I was skeptical but it really works
Everything I needed came. It loaded and made spot welds reliably. The depth of the welds is somewhat related to the internal battery charge level, so you'll need to set it low when the battery is fully charged and slowly crank it up as you go. You can just always plug it into the charger. I haven't tested this. The pack I put together was 32 recycled (and tested) pairs of 18650. The supplied strip is a bit flimsy, but I wasn't looking for high current so that was fine.
