Review on 🎛️ Jennings CJ-4000 Weigh Scale - Compact Digital 4000g x 0.5g PCS JScale (Black) with AC Adapter by Karen Johnson

I am buying this to replace Ozeri scales. It lacks the ability to make milliliters, but other than that I love this scale a lot more. The display is bright and easy to read. Best of all, NO "FAKE" BUTTONS! I don't know what it's called, but my old scale had buttons that weren't felt; You just put your finger on it and it does its thing. The buttons on these scales actually push and make a pleasant tactile click. I hated "electronic" buttons because !@#% didn't register them half the time. I could do without the beep, but it's easy to disable if you have the slightest knack. Oh, and I also like how the scale platform is defined, unlike those other kitchen scales where the platform and interface/LCD are all in one sleek element. There is no doubt that something is too close to the controls not to register. The only thing I would wish for is 1. a bigger platform and 2. a detachable display. #1 is easily mitigated by listing a larger item for sale, then zeroing it out and using the item as a platform. For #2 I want a remote display so the big bowl doesn't hide the numbers. Again, this is easily mitigated by placing an object on the platform and zeroing it, then placing the bowl on top of the object. Position it for better visibility. So my discomfort is eased slightly, it would just be nice to have these features built in.
