They are very responsive, always there when you need them! I've had issues during my time at this firm that were resolved immediately by their team - even though they did not work directly for me (it was another employee who worked under me). The process is easy enough but can be tedious if your organization has many employees or contracts/agreements between each other within different departments which makes it hard to keep track of everything from one person's perspective as well as others'. It would help immensely if we could see all agreements together rather than having some scattered throughout various emails / files etc. That way, everyone knows exactly what needs actioning across every department.
