Review on MSite by Charles Butler

The customer service is superb! I have dealt with many different sales reps over last couple of years, but every single one was amazing - they were always so helpful & friendly it's hard not be impressed by their level professionalism!! They are very efficient at getting things done without wasting my time or theirs (as well as being thorough). There really isn't anything i dislike about this product yet either- everything has been such an improvement since we started using them nearly 5 yrs ago now :) We're still working through some kinks when setting up our system initially however once those got sorted out there hasn'y ever come along another issue again which makes me feel like even more awesome than you already know ;) Our team used multiple other companies prior too before finally finding what worked best/satisfying all parties involved within HR department included :D.
