The fact that everything is in one place. A single dashboard with all of their equipment listed, current status, pending parts, etc. It's been fairly easy to pick up as we are not very familiar with this type of software but it seems like there could be more customizable options. I would recommend trying out any demo they offer so you can see how well this works with your specific needs before purchasing, if possible. We have been able to track our assets easily using this system making sure nothing falls between the cracks.
