Very helpful, quick response time & friendly staff

I like that they have developed very extensive functionality for all types of airlines in one solution which is great! They are always willing to help you out if needed too (which was rare but when it did happen we were happy). We actually had an issue where our system went down at work during normal business hours so some functions stopped working - however this problem has since been fixed by their team within 2 days!! Great customer service! Not much other than just how good they've made…

I was looking for a simple way to comply with the emissions trading system regulations.

ETS uses carbon credits to limit greenhouse gas emissions. For example, if you produce more than 25Mg of CO2 equivalent per passenger per year (about 5kg), you must buy back your own unused credits or pay a fine. This is often a financial burden for companies. ETS does this automatically. If you don’t use all your allowances within 2 years, you lose them. You have to prove you are using all your allowances, otherwise you face penalties. If you fail to use any allowance at all, you lose them…

Excellent Software with Amazing Support

We have been using EU-ETS for many years now, it has been so reliable that I would not want to go back to doing all of my ticketing manually! This is because it's very easy to use, and you don't need any training at all. There are plenty of tutorials on their website, and you can find help in the forum and support teams if you get stuck at any point.
