Great when it works, but frequent black flickering and "Display not supported " message

On paper, this is all I wanted. In reality, it leaves a lot to be desired. Like all USB-C adapters, it's very easy to get knocked out and lose connection. Even at steady state, the unit occasionally gets uncomfortably warm and I often see a flickering black screen that lasts 2-3 seconds, or sometimes I have to unplug and plug the adapter back in for the HDMI output to work. All ports worked properly. for my needs and I have used them all. If the connection was stable and not so picky I would give 4-5 stars.
