From my husband. They are so comfortable that our company requires our employees to wear black or charcoal gray non-slip shoes and they are hot. I work on an airport ramp in South Carolina, it's summer. Hot and sticky weather all summer long. My legs and feet are not tired or sore like when we had to wear steel toe boots. They stand up to the rain as long as you don't splash into deep puddles or drag your feet into deep puddles. Hot rough concrete gnaws at the sole of these boots, just looked at today and lost the tread, still a comfortable shoe. Update: The top is fine, still looks good, no issues despite having been dripping Jet A fuel on it for over a month. The outsole is a different story, no more tread, had to order new boots to take those skechers off. If you don't have to walk all day on rough concrete (8 hours), then this shoe will do. Again a very comfortable shoe thanks to memory foam!
