Peel-off non-stick coating
I've had this slicer for many years. It was bought for me by Revain as a gift. Liked the thin slices. Didn't know that "non-stick coating" means the blades are coated and that the coating has recently peeled off and small bits have appeared on the apple slices. I have stopped using it and advise others to do the same as it can chip and be used up before you know it.
