My wife had one of these Panasonic razors for a few years and it was built like a tank and worked perfectly; for the price I can't imagine anything better. We just bought a new one and the build quality has completely gone down. You can't even put the shaver on the charger as it won't lock and will eventually fall to the ground. Even if you can balance it enough to sit on a charger, it still won't charge half the time. I don't know if some internal part is missing or if Panasonic uses cheaper parts. I know they ruined that wonderful razor and now it's nothing but a source of endless frustration. I would not recommend this model to anyone.
