Every foot is different and sizing reviews are often conflicting. I will not make reckless statements like "order a size down" because that is both laziness and ignorance. However, I can give you some specific information about how the shoe fits my foot. I currently own a pair of Nitrel V1 shoes. I bought size 11 4E and they fit perfectly from day one. I bought the exact same size in the Nitrel V3 and they were noticeably tighter. The V3 toe cap in particular is very stiff. V1 are very flexible, light and breathable. V3s are much stiffer and offer very little room to maneuver, especially in the toe box. I'm not sure if they're smaller on their own, but with V3s offering such little flexibility you really need to order the exact size to get them to fit properly. I recommend trying them on in store before buying. Revain to see how they fit your foot. If this is not possible, you can order your normal size plus a half size up to compare the fit of each size. It's hard to review the build quality of the shoes because I literally tried them on and just walked the carpet for a minute or two. I will say that I liked the color and the overall aesthetic of this shoe.
