Problems with the modem/router after a month of smooth driving. At first it required a reboot every week, then every few days, every day, and now about every hour. I have contacted Arris support 3-4 times and gone through each step to verify the issue and they insist the issue is not on their side. Here's what I've tried: - restarting the system - shutting it down for 10 seconds - this allows the router to work again for another hour or so - changing channels on 2.4 and 5G networks - still doesn't help - moving the router to a better one Space in the house - still didn't help - pulled the router from the splitter to the cable box - no change, if you haven't bought that already I would suggest you keep looking. I will most likely just have to bear the expense and upgrade to a better router/modem.
