The second time I order replacement filters of this particular brand. The last order was about 14 months ago. As you can see from the photos, the new filters I received are smaller - about 1/4 inch long - they don't fit the car snugly like the original filters. They've also REDUCED the amount of filter media in TWO WAYS: First, they have fewer pleats per inch, and second, the pleats of the pleated material are now farther from the edge. Now they stop about 1/4 less. You don't get an advantage with these generic filters, you get a performance hit. If they lie to us about the dimensions of these filters, which are easy to see and measure, how can we trust that they are made from quality filter materials in the first place?
