Loose seems to mean large, since this shirt is about a size larger than I usually get. I usually wear size Small/Medium T-shirts and size 34B bras. This shirt in size Medium fits like a Large or XL on me. Overall, this shirt is comfortable and attractive, but you may want to size down.
