Review on 🚀 Enhanced Tailgate Support with Lift Assist for Ford F150 F250 F350 F450 Super Duty by Alex Maynard

Installed on a 2001 F-150. The cylinder is not under pressure and therefore does not help with lifting. Dampening is minimal, so if you drop the gate it'll still slam, just softer than factory. It will probably be better on a cold day, but will be worse on a hot day, now it's around 80 degrees. Installation was easy, about 15 minutes, but I'm an experienced mechanic.
