The WIFI plug-in doesn't work and they refuse to send another one or give me someone who isn't reading a book and ask me to turn it off and try again. The cost of this device is high and Wi-Fi can cost more than a few dollars and I can't get the help I need. So now I can't program or test the system's performance and I paid extra for Wi-Fi.
