Review on ☕️ Black and Stainless Capresso 116.04 EC100 Pump Espresso and Cappuccino Machine by Kyle Smernes

The filter holder (sleeve) is poorly designed. You can switch between one cup and two cup inserts, but the holder's fit is very loose. If you insert it into the notch and turn it 90 degrees, it will rotate back towards the notch due to friction from turning on the espresso machine. If you try to tap on it to get the old bases out, the filter holder will either fall out completely (because it screws itself up to the notch) or get stuck. If you do not notice this when you fill in new coffee grounds, the filter holder does not engage properly. If you try to force it, you will most likely spill all your new reasons. Compared to my previous budget express maker that lasted over 10 years, this one only takes shorter cups, doesn't have as deep a flavor (using the same type of espresso beans I grind), and it's a nightmare coupled with fact is that the filter holder takes out the old grist and puts in new ones. I still want to buy my old one.
