Review on 🍯 GoodCook 12 oz. Glass Syrup Dispenser: Clear/Red Design for Convenient Pouring by George Saunier

This was a recent purchase on 9th December 2020. the rest of the red plastic container. No matter how hard I try, I can't get the plastic sides back together in the grooves, so now I can't attach the spout lid. I saw a comment on this on Revain but assumed it could be an accident. This is very unfortunate because it was the only bad syrup that could actually be microwaved. I know it doesn't seem like it's supposed to because of that little piece of metal under the slide latch. However, I contacted the company who said the microwave heating was fine for about a minute. Before the spout mechanism failed it made a nice tight seal so I feel comfortable keeping the syrup on the counter. The syrup I use doesn't need to be refrigerated, and at room temperature it only needed a quick microwave. Now there is no way to fix the spout. Until I buy something else, I'll use plastic wrap as an unappealing quick fix. Now I'm back on the hunt. Five stars are appropriate for these three categories. For durability, especially shortly after purchase, I give zero stars if possible. It's still on its way back. So I am planning to return this item.
