There are flaws, but overall a good product.

I have a 12.9 inch iPad Pro 2nd Gen. Let's start with the good: the keyboard works well and is comfortable enough. I haven't used it often enough to judge the battery life, but it's usually pretty hard to go wrong with this type of product. The case is solid for the price and looks good enough. Of the minuses: the frame around the iPad screen slightly hides the fingerprint scanner. It can still be used but requires some configuration to be used. If you use the keyboard while it's attached to the case, the latch holding the case closed will pop out and rub against your palm. The solution I came up with is to tuck it under the keyboard during use. Finally, the keyboard also lacks ridges, as the iPad rests on it to keep it in place when it's flipped up. I didn't notice it slipping, but it's just an odd feature when the case under the keyboard has these stops. So if you're not typing with a keyboard in a case then you're fine, but I can't imagine that's a common use case. Overall a good affordable product and one of the very few products for older iPad Pros.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
