Review on 📞 Retevis RT-602 Rechargeable Talkies with Multiple Channels by George Cochran

I ordered these for my elderly parents to use when my dad walks the neighborhood daily. Sometimes he fell or was so tired that he had trouble returning home. The cell phone is too tiring for him to learn, so I ordered these walkie-talkies for my parents. Mom has one at home and Dad reports on his progress when he goes for a walk. It calmed me and my mother when dad goes for a walk now. We know he can call for help if he needs it and if he seems to be gone longer than usual mom can radio him and check on him. We had an issue with the charging station which stopped working about a month after I bought it for my parents and within 12 hours of my emailing the seller they responded and offered to send my parents a new replacement set . They also agreed that it was not safe to require my parents to go to the post office to mail a defective kit during the COVID-19 pandemic and waived the requirement. I am very happy with this product as well as the wonderful service this company has shown so far. Knowing that my dad could call for help or my mom could check on him as he walked was a blessing too!
