Very disappointed, 2 sets didn't work!

Very disappointed! Tried many different radios before settling on this one. Bought in advance for my grandson to have this Christmas morning. When we started playing with it after charging the battery, one hand stopped working. Worked for about 5 minutes. Does NOT hold a charge. Returned them and posted another set thinking it was a website the new set would work based on all the reviews. After a few weeks of waiting, I got new ones a few days ago. Great quality especially for the price!

I love them so much I bought them as a birthday present for a child and tried them out Pair for us adults! They are cool! The range is very good and the battery takes 4 hours but lasted 8 hours inside and outside of the zoo day. Children couldn't stop playing with them except for dinner and bedtime. Excellent information security for elderly parents and great customer service

I ordered these for my elderly parents to use when my dad walks the neighborhood daily. Sometimes he fell or was so tired that he had trouble returning home. After replacing them, they work perfectly, charging is iffy at best. **Company harassment update

**UPDATE #2** I updated my review after several calls from the seller and as i said below updated i wanted to use them before upgrade. Well I upgraded and now after 2 days they call back home. That borders on persecution. I left my review they worked but quality is good customer service for replacement is great but customer harassment is not ok.
