Review on 📞 Retevis RT-602 Rechargeable Talkies with Multiple Channels by Robert Xayamonty

**UPDATE #2** I updated my review after several calls from the seller and as i said below updated i wanted to use them before upgrade. Well I upgraded and now after 2 days they call back home. That borders on persecution. I left my review they worked but quality is good customer service for replacement is great but customer harassment is not ok. Now keep calling after updating the rating 1 time and keep lowering the stars. PLEASE STOP calling 2 times a night! *** Well I read the reviews and tried it anyway. After receiving the package, I inserted the included batteries into each radio, connected the charging base, and slotted each into the slot. First, the connection points to the charging station have to be extremely sensitive, as the red lights will flash on and off until you find the exact spot where they turn red. Then don't breathe and go. But that was only the first problem, but not the main one. The big problem is that one of the radios isn't charging, period. I've tried different slots, different batteries in each, etc. One will charge, the other will flicker, and then the lights at the base will go out. It's a bit useless to have a pair where only 1 works. Overall the install didn't go too bad, a bit odd but if you follow the instructions you should be able to get through. I recommend turning off the menu beeps in the first place as they DRIVE YOU CRAZY. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement set which was nice. As soon as they arrived I installed the new walkie talkies and as before the charger is VERY delicate so find yourself a level spot, wiggle it until the red light comes on for both and walk away. I've tried using them and the range is nowhere near what they say, but they worked fine. One of the kids dropped one in the grass and they're still working. Although a bit of dirt got into the area, the button press happens and it's a bit rough, but it works. They are ok as the price is a bit high for the quality. If they were a little cheaper, like their production, I would give more stars. But until 1 day they finally work. If it wasn't for the replacement I would rate them MUCH lower, just read all the reviews where they arrive faulty but will be replaced. The last and most important reason I left 3 stars is because the customer service is very keen to upgrade. Review, although I have stated in the Amazon email function, I have not used it yet, please give me a few days. They called my DOMA number 2 times a night every evening until I said I would update the review. While I value quick or human customer service, I don't excite being persistent and demanding.
