We love this clock radio. One of the best features is the ability to completely turn off the display. We had another radio that gave us up and it had that feature. We saw this in a motel room and got the info from the bottom of the radio to order it. It was a little confusing how to get ihome playlist on ipod but after finding the guide I was able to find a few songs to add to playlist that wouldn't scare us to death if they did showed up in the morning. Works perfectly. In fact, the display has about 7 different backlight settings. Sounds good if you just want to play your iPod through it.
