Good sleeper that helps my sleep

I recommend this product to everyone who wants a rested and deep sleep or people who have trouble falling asleep. And therefore. I've tried many different products to improve my sleep but this is the first time I've put so much money into a small sleep machine and I'm hoping for improvements. And I have high hopes for its price. Most importantly, it's made in Taiwan and that gives me even more confidence that I can try it. Turn it on 30 minutes before bed. It's very easy to set up, but I'd like to see a timer or some sort of auto-shutoff feature for this. I forgot to turn it off several times. At first I didn't feel a big change, except that I fell asleep faster, according to my wife. I arrived a few nights late and still felt well rested when I woke up in the morning feeling dizzy and nauseous after less than 6 hours of sleep usually. I've sometimes had trouble falling asleep due to stress, so my doctor gave me some tips like using a white noise device, using your phone before bed, and only exercising during the day. These tips help me get ready for bed, but none of them worked as well as SleepBank, giving me a feeling of rested morning awakenings after a month of non-stop use. Another sleep improvement I noticed was sleep duration, which slowly increased. an average of 6.5 hours. closed until 7 a.m. in the 4th week. I used my iPhone to track my sleep and was surprised to see these changes. I would say that it is very difficult to feel a difference when only using it for a short period of time. You need to be consistent in creating your sleep schedule when using SleepBank to get deep, quality sleep. Hope my experience helps.
