Would recommend but forgot the handle

I bought this bike and it's pretty easy to put together, the graphics are amazing and it feels like a solid bike. After putting everything together I noticed that the rear rim was bent. I've done my best with the spokes and without even trying to bend them, they still bend. Now all I have to do is go to a bike shop to have a new rim fixed. Also, "Handle Revolutions" erupted almost immediately. The spring that turned off the noise stopped jumping and the noise was not turned off. I took it apart very carefully and found that the screw holding the recoil spring had fallen out. I screwed the screw back in, reassembled everything and voila, everything worked like a champ. Seemed almost stronger than the factory. Every 10 minutes of skiing my son broke it the same way. I repaired it and just tried it again. We have another bike with an aftermarket "reverse handlebar" that has no batteries and hasn't had a single problem. Needless to say we will be buying another one to replace the junk we received from the manufacturer. I'd say it's a good bike for a kid, if you want reverse it's better to buy an aftermarket "Rev Hot Clutch". โ€ from amazon and just put it on in place of the POS that comes with the bike. Also, check discs as soon as they come out of the box instead of assembling everything and then finding out.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Not bad but...
