Faulty shrink wrap in the box
Broken seal, in the box the plastic shrink wrap was torn and one of the seals broke off during shipping. Still using the pad, it took about 1/2 inch off the leading edge angle of the driver's side brake. It works well but makes an awkward noise under slow braking to a stop. I follow the result.
