Light doesnt work, UPDATE

I finally had time to install these, in one of our buildings, and the light didn't work.
I verified voltage at the wires, and double checked that I was terminating on the correct terminals. But the light never would illuminate.Edit 4-5-19The company was not able to replace the light fixture for me, but they did send me a refund so I have updated to 5 stars for EXCELLENT customer service.

Pros

Everything is great except the packaging. One of the light cover was bent on four corners.

Inconsistent brightness across all panels
